Delete your account

This deletes your Go Together account and your login. This can't be undone.

We can't delete your account while money is held for a group whose house isn't booked yet. Leave that group first, then delete, or contact us.

If the house isn't locked yet, leaving returns the held money to your wallet. If the house is locked, that money comes back only if someone else takes your seat. If a group doesn't go ahead, everyone gets back the full amount held for it. The Go Together fee is part of that held amount, so it comes back too. A card fee paid to add money does not.

After deletion, your profile, group memberships and photos are removed or anonymised, and messages you sent stay in the group chat under "Deleted traveler". Payment and booking records are kept because the law requires it. Money left in your wallet is not sent to your bank. Withdraw it first, or contact us.
