Deposit and refunds

$10 deposit, due within 48 hours once 2 people have joined. Leave before the house is locked and it comes back to your wallet; if the group doesn't go ahead, everyone gets it all back.

What happens next

Join, hold your seat with the deposit when the group fills, pick a house together, then pay the rest.
